[NEW] Custom Status Change Notification Email Titles (and More)

Mike from Printavo here with two major updates to Printavo.

• Custom Titles on Status Change Notification emails.
• Text Messages sent through Status Change Notifications are now logged under the appropriate Invoice.

Customize Status Change Email Subject Line

In an effort to increase the personalization, relevancy and open rates of your Status Change Notification emails, you can now enter your own Custom Subject line and incorporate any of the Printavo Shortcodes.

You’ll see a new field in your Status Change Notification Settings called Subject Line.

When you use this Status Change Notification, here’s how it appears to a customer:

Track Status Change Notification Texts in the Invoice’s Messages

You should immediately realize greater transparency for texting when using Status Change Notifications.

You’ll be able to see when messages are sent as well as who and what phone number they’ve been sent to. Best of all, this log appears directly on the Invoice’s Messages.
