Great news! Printavo Merch customers can now issue a quantity-based partial refund on Printavo Merch Orders.
With this update, you can issue partial refunds entirely on your own without contacting our Support team. The entered quantity automatically adjusts the refund dollar amount, making partial refunds easier for you and your customers.
Partial refunds are convenient for scenarios like a shopper correction or a shift in the amount of goods that need to be printed after your customer has approved the original order.
Note: This update is only available to Printavo Payments users, so click here to set up Printavo Payments if you want to take advantage of this exciting feature.

How to Use Partial Merch Refunds
Partial refunds can be distributed in a couple of ways:
- A refund quantity up to the total number of paid-for items.
- A refund on a designated amount of your customer’s shipping costs.
