Is Printavo just for screen printers? 

No.

Though Printavo produces a lot of videos, tutorials, and interviews about screen printing – it is not designed just for screen printers. We are simply most familiar with screen printing! Our founder and staff have hands-on experience with it.

Printavo is a tool for anyone that needs to manage complex-but-mundane tasks like:

What do we mean by customizable? Printavo has fully customizable Statuses. Some shops go extremely in-depth, creating a status for each and every stage of their jobs. Others have simpler custom statuses. The goal is to capture your unique workflow, regardless of what type of printing you do.

Statuses can also trigger automated messages – texts or emails – to alert customers that their prints are finished. Some shops alert staff about jobs using automated messages. Others use automated messages to track and document jobs or measure performance metrics.

Our primary mission remains the same: ensuring the success of our partners. That sounds like boilerplate marketing-speak – but it’s true. Printavo is a tool for building your business.

Embroidery

Hundreds of embroidery shops utilize Printavo (a cursory glance at our customer list shows several hundred shops that have “embroidery” in their company name). 

Our custom pricing matrices can and have been easily adapted for embroidery. You could create a unique Status list with special embroidery tasks, regardless of other decoration types in your shop.

Since we’re a cloud-based service, you have access to everything in Printavo at any time from any place. This means embroiderers upload digitized files for production – and even send pictures of sew outs to customers – straight through Printavo.
