Important Feature Update!
This post is to inform you of upcoming changes to Printavo’s workflow and give you the next several days to make any necessary changes.
We are updating our file hosting provider’s service (FileStack) to the most recent version on Monday, March 30th, 2020.
If you upload files within Printavo, please read this carefully. This change may impact your current Printavo workflow.
What’s happening
We are upgrading our file hosting service (FileStack) to its newest version.
What this means for your Printavo workflow
This changes the sources Printavo users can use to upload files. Most users will not notice any workflow changes.
When it’s happening
This update will occur on Monday, March 30th, 2020.
Who this will affect
Most users will not be affected by this change. But your workflow will need to change if you use FTP, Evernote, Flickr, WeDev, CloudApp, Imgur, Facebook, Instagram, or Github to upload files to Printavo.
Why it’s happening
This upgrade allows users to attach .dst and .emb files to Printavo Invoices as Production Files.
Details about uploading files after this update
This new version of FileStack removes the following file upload options:
- Flickr
- Evernote
- FTP
- WeDev
- CloudApp
- Imgur
- Github
You will be still able to upload files (including .dst and .emb files) from the following sources:
- My Device (Local Files)
- Google Drive
- Dropbox
- Box
- OneDrive
- Google Photos
- Link (URL)
- Take Photo
- Web Search

We know that disturbing your Printavo workflow may be troublesome, so please plan for this change happening on Monday, March 30th!
